Translator

The Translator lets your team sell on any market: incoming messages arrive in your language, outgoing messages leave in the fan’s language — automatically.

How it looks in the chat

Translated messages show both texts in one bubble: the original and the translation, always together. Nobody has to toggle anything or guess what was actually sent.

Voice messages are transcribed and translated the same way.

Setting it up per dialog

Translation is configured per dialog from the globe icon in the composer:

  • the fan’s language (detected automatically, adjustable),
  • your team’s language,
  • tone/formality options where the language supports them.

About 30 languages are supported. If a fan writes in a language outside the list, TelePong falls back to English rather than failing.

Writing with the translator

  • Type in your language and send — the fan receives your message in theirs.
  • Press Alt+S to translate the current draft in place and review it before sending.
  • The translator sees the recent context of the conversation, so pronouns and follow-ups translate naturally.

Built-in safety

The requisite shield masks payment details (wallets, card numbers, phone numbers) before any text reaches the translation provider — sensitive data never leaves TelePong unprotected, and the translation still reads naturally.
