Folders & access

Folders organize dialogs and content — and double as an access boundary.

Chat folders

Create folders in Chats to split work: «VIP», «New», «Renewals», per-shift queues — whatever fits your process. Each chip shows how many chats inside have unread messages.

  • Folders are per model — each model keeps its own set.
  • Import from Telegram — folders that already exist in the connected account can be imported with their contents, by name.

Restricted folders

Any folder can be restricted to specific roles or people. A restricted folder — and every dialog in it — is invisible to everyone else. Nesting follows the closest restricted ancestor: restrict a parent, and its subtree inherits the restriction unless a child sets its own.

Use it for VIP books that only seniors touch, test dialogs, or the owner’s private queue.

Read-only folders

A folder can also be read-only for certain roles: they see the dialogs but can’t write into them. Useful for training (new chatters observe real dialogs) and for hand-over reviews.

Vault folders

The same idea applies in the Vault: restrict content folders so premium or unreleased content is only visible to the people who work with it.
