Inviting your team

TelePong is built for teams where each person sees only what they need: chatters run dialogs, managers oversee, finance watches the money — and the owner sees everything.

Send an invite

  1. Open Team → Invite.
  2. Choose a role — one of the built-in presets or a custom role you’ve created (see Roles & permissions).
  3. Choose which models the person can work with.
  4. Share the invite link. The person signs up and lands directly in your organization.

Built-in roles at a glance

RoleTypical use
OwnerFull control: billing, requisites, audit log, everything below
ManagerRuns the team day-to-day: chats, content, campaigns, reports
ChatterWorks dialogs for assigned models; no finance, no settings
FinanceTransactions, revenue and accounting; no chat access

Built-in roles update automatically as TelePong evolves; custom roles keep exactly the permissions you set.

What a chatter sees (and doesn’t)

  • Only the models they’re assigned to, and only the folders their role allows.
  • Fan payment details and contact info can be masked — the fan’s identity stays with the owner.
  • Deleting or editing messages is recorded in the owner’s log.

Shifts

If your chatters work in shifts, set schedules in Shifts — access follows the schedule automatically, and worked hours are tracked for reporting.

Removing a teammate

Remove a person from Team — their access ends immediately. Everything they wrote stays in the history, attributed to them.
