Analytics answers the owner’s question: where does the money come from, and where is it lost? Every metric is computed from your own data, in your timezone.
What you’ll find
- Revenue — by day, model, account, chatter and revenue type; average check; payer counts.
- Team performance — messages, response time, dialogs handled, revenue per chatter and per shift.
- Funnels — from first contact to first payment, with the drop-off points visible.
- Ad tracking — every tracked link shows who clicked, who wrote, who paid and how much they brought. Sources attach to fans automatically, so campaigns and traffic buys are comparable side by side.
Reading the numbers
Each table and chart has a definition — open the Analytics guide inside the product (metric-by-metric formulas) whenever a number needs interpreting. Column names match between the dashboard and the guide.
Reports on closed periods are exact; live periods refresh continuously — a freshness badge on each block shows how current the data is.
Telegram reports
Don’t want to open a dashboard every day? Enable daily digests to Telegram: revenue, new fans, messages, team activity and notable events, delivered each morning.
Tracked links
Create tracked links in Links and use them in ads, bios and channels. When a fan arrives through one, their profile carries the source forever — revenue from that fan is attributed to the link that brought them.
