Organization & models

The organization is your agency’s workspace: accounts, models, team, content and money all live inside it.

Models

A model groups everything about one creator: connected Telegram accounts, the Vault library, dialogs and analytics. Create and manage models in Settings → Models.

• An account belongs to exactly one model; a model can have several accounts.
• Team members are granted access per model — a chatter assigned to two models never sees the third.
• In Chats, the team works with a model focus: pick a model, see its world.

Organization settings

Settings is owner/admin territory:

• organization name and interface language defaults,
• notification preferences — choose which events (payments, alerts, mentions) notify whom,
• the organization bot used for channel buttons and service messages,
• allowed external links — the list of domains your team may send in chats (see Security).

Interface languages

TelePong’s interface ships in English, Russian and Ukrainian. Every person picks their own language; it doesn’t affect what fans see.

Deleting your organization or account

Account deletion is a soft process: your data is deactivated immediately and purged after 30 days. During that window, contact support to restore access if the deletion was a mistake.
