Security & fraud protection
TelePong’s security model has one principle: money can’t leak, and everything is recorded.
Requisite shield
Every outgoing message passes a fraud scanner that catches foreign payment details — card numbers, wallets, phone-number transfers — before they are sent, in plain form or disguised. Only requisites the owner configured can reach a fan.
The same shield masks payment data before text goes to the translation provider, so sensitive details never leave TelePong unprotected.
Owner’s log
Deletions and edits are never silent:
- a chatter deletes a message → it stays visible to the owner, marked deleted;
- a message is edited from the account’s own device, outside TelePong → the owner gets a fraud alert, because that’s the classic way requisites get swapped after the fact.
Fan identity protection
- Incoming contact shield — when a fan sends a phone number or contact, chatters see it masked («•••») and the owner is alerted. Chatters can’t take a fan off-platform.
- Fan payment details in the profile are masked for non-owners.
Content protection
Covered in the Vault: per-user watermarks, screenshot alerts and per-chat copy protection.
Link allowlist
Chatters can only send links from the allowlist the owner maintains (per model + organization-wide). Anything else is blocked at send time — no drive-by domains, no «my personal channel».
Account safety
- Sending is paced and load is spread so connected accounts behave naturally.
- Proxies and connection health are monitored; if an account’s connection degrades, the owner is alerted once with a persistent banner until it recovers — no alert storms.
- If a session is terminated from Telegram’s side, work pauses immediately and the account is flagged for re-login.
Sessions & sign-in
Each teammate signs in with their own credentials; access ends the moment they’re removed from the team. Fans never interact with anything but the genuine Telegram account.
