Connecting accounts

TelePong works on top of real Telegram accounts. Connecting one takes a couple of minutes and does not interrupt existing conversations.

Connect a Telegram account

  1. Go to Accounts → Connect account.
  2. Enter the phone number of the account.
  3. Confirm the login code that Telegram sends to the account, and the two-step verification password if one is set.
  4. TelePong starts syncing dialogs — recent conversations appear first, history backfills in the background.

Media takes a little longer

Message text appears right away. Photos and videos from older history are fetched gradually, so early on you may briefly see blurred placeholders — they resolve on their own.

Is it safe?

  • The connection is protected, and chatters never receive the account itself — they work through TelePong with only the access their role allows.
  • TelePong spreads the load and paces sending so the account behaves like a person, not a script. This keeps accounts warm and conversations flowing.
  • The owner can disconnect an account at any moment from Accounts.

If the account is logged out

If the session is terminated from the Telegram side (for example, someone ends it in the account’s device list), TelePong marks the account as needing re-login and pauses work on it. Reconnect it from Accounts — dialogs and history are preserved.

Archived chats

Telegram’s archived chats are synced too — they appear under the Archive chip in Chats, and stay in sync with the account.

Multiple accounts and models

Connect as many accounts as you need and attach each one to a model. Your team then works per model: one focus, one content library, one analytics cut.

WhatsApp beta

TelePong can also connect WhatsApp accounts. The unified inbox, Vault and team layer work the same way; some Telegram-specific features (Stars, channels, stories) don’t apply. Ask your TelePong contact to enable it for your organization.
