Quickstart
This page takes you from a fresh account to a working agency setup. Budget 15–20 minutes.
1. Create your organization
Sign up at telepong.com and follow the onboarding flow. You’ll name your organization and pick the interface language (English, Russian or Ukrainian — you can change it any time in Settings).
The person who creates the organization becomes its owner — the only role with access to everything, including billing, payout requisites and the audit log.
2. Connect your first Telegram account
Go to Accounts → Connect and follow the steps — you confirm the login from the model’s Telegram app. See Connecting accounts for details and safety notes.
Once connected, TelePong syncs the account’s dialogs, and they appear in Chats within a couple of minutes.
3. Add models and organize access
In TelePong a model is the profile your team works around: its connected accounts, its Vault content and its analytics. Create models in Settings → Models and attach the connected accounts to them.
4. Invite your team
Send invites from Team → Invite. Pick a role for each person — chatter, manager, finance or a custom role — and choose which models they can work with. Details in Inviting your team.
5. Upload content to the Vault
Open Vault and create a folder structure per model. Anything you upload is ready to send into any chat in two clicks, with per-user watermarking available for protection.
6. Start chatting
Open Chats, pick a dialog and write. Everything your team needs is inline:
- media, voice and video notes, stickers and GIFs,
- the Translator for foreign-language fans,
- quick replies and Vault attachments,
- fan history: notes, tags, purchases and the traffic source that brought them.
